I am an experienced Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, who offers tailored training sessions in a private gym, or Pilates matwork classes based in Redbourn, Hertfordshire.
My Redbourn pilates classes are kept to small groups of no more than 9, to ensure that each person gets individual attention and are performing the exercises correctly. As well as performing an exercise with good technique I feel it is important for people to understand what they are trying to achieve and why, as the more knowledge you have about your body the more power you have to change it.
Classes focus on developing core strength, mobility and flexibility, so you come away with a deeper mind/body connection and improved postural awareness in your everyday life, whether playing sport or simply doing the school run!
Pilates classes take place in Redbourn Methodist Church hall, off North Common, Redbourn, AL3 7BU

Personal training sessions are developed for the individual, to help motivate and encourage them to reach their goals, whether it be to lose weight, train for an event, returning to exercise after pregnancy or injury, or simply just for those that want to be challenged in new, inspiring ways! Whatever your aim, I will adapt and plan sessions with short, medium and long term goals in mind, and always assess and work to improve any postural problems from tight, weak or over active muscles. This will improve your movement when exercising, but also in your everyday activities.
Sessions take place in a private gym, located just outside of Redbourn, Herts, or outside when weather is being kind! I have a variety of equipment to keep sessions fun and interesting, including boxing gloves, the suspension trainer, kettlebells, viprs, foam rollers, as well as other more classic resistance training equipment.
Shared sessions are also available.
